Green tea is also good for your skin, so try to add several cups to your daily routine.

When cooking or buying food at the grocery store it is important that you avoid monosodium glutamate and aspartame. MSG and aspratame are commonly found in processed foods, so you can easily avoid them by avoiding processed food. Eating fruits on their own is another great way to improve your skin. However the best way to ensure that your skin stays clear is to have a balanced diet.
